Shipping policy

How delivery time works. Your total delivery time is the processing time (preparing and dispatching your order) plus the transit time (the carrier's delivery). Orders ship from our US warehouse and typically arrive within about 3 to 8 business days.

Tracking. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping cost. Any shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays. Estimated times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or holidays. If something looks stuck, email support@refinedpaw.com and we will chase it down.

Wrong address. Please double check your shipping address at checkout, since we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
